Boris Turovskiy is a student and translator, a member of the Russian Pirate Party and the German Pirate Party. Boris is also standing as a candidate for the Presidency of the Pirate Parties International, the NGO that assists and coordinates between the national Pirate Parties. I asked Boris about why he is standing and what he would do if elected.
